MINUTE ORDER: This matter is before the Court on the parties' Joint Motion to Reset Scheduling Conference. ECF No. #18 . For good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion, ECF No. #18 , is GRANTED to the extent it asks the Court to reset the Scheduling Conference and related deadlines and DENIED to the extent it asks that the Scheduling Conference be reset on April 14, 2025. Accordingly, it is further ORDERED that the January 22, 2025 Scheduling Conference is RESET on March 13, 2025 at 10:15 a.m. in Courtroom C-205, on the second floor of the Byron G. Rogers United States Courthouse located at 1929 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado. Therefore, it is further ORDERED that the related deadlines are extended as follows: Deadline to meet in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f): February 20, 2025, Deadline to submit the proposed Scheduling Order: March 6, 2025.
