It is respectfully recommended that: the amended Prisoner Complaint (ECF No. #6 ) be drawn in part pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.1(c) so much as Claim 1 asserts a 1983 claim for excessive force against Deputy Hensley, Deputy Weber, Deputy Thein, Doe#1, and Doe#2 in their individual capacities; the amended Prisoner Complaint (ECF No. #6 ) be drawn in part pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.1(c) so much as Claim 2 asserts deliberate indifference against Deputy Donnell and Deputy Baca in their individual capacities; the amended Prisoner Complaint (ECF No. #6 ) be drawn in part pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.1(c) so much as Claim 3 asserts a 1983 claim for deliberate indifference to serious medical needs against Nurse Practitioner Monica, Tech. Connell, and "Nurce Doe#3" in their individual capacities; the amended Prisoner Complaint (ECF No. #6 ) be dismissed in remaining part pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B); Deputy Hensley, Deputy Weber, Deputy Thein, Doe#1, Doe#2, Deputy Donnell, Deputy Baca, Nurse Practitioner Monica, Tech. Connell, and "Nurce Doe#3," to the extent they sued in their official capacities, be dismissed as defendants; and Reggie Marinelli, Deputy Venrick, Hearing Officer Clifton, Sgt. Palmer, Sgt. Hill, Intel Officer Knot, "4 Other First Responders," and "Nurcing Supervisor" be dismissed as defendants from this action because no claim against them remains, by Magistrate Judge Richard T.
