March 25, 2025 Opinion or Order Filing 14 MINUTE ORDER: On March 24, 2025, Nominal Defendant Crocs, Inc. ("Crocs") filed a #11 Corporate Disclosure Statement. However, Crocs's disclosure statement does not comply with Rule 7.1(a), which states that "[i]n an action in which jurisdiction is based on diversity under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a), a party... must, unless the court orders otherwise, file a disclosure statement" that "name[s] - and identif[ies] the citizenship of - every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to that party or intervenor." Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2). Crocs's disclosure statement does not identify its state(s) of citizenship. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that, on or before 4/1/2025, Crocs shall file an amended disclosure statement that complies with Rule 7.1.In addition, the individual Defendants have not filed their disclosure statements identifying their state(s) of citizenship, as required under Rule 7.1. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2) (requiring this disclosure statement of all "[p]arties... in a [d]iversity [c]ase"); Fed. R. Civ. February 25, 2025 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER REFERRING CASE: This case is referred to Magistrate Judge Cyrus Y. Chung for non-dispositive matters. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1)(A) and (B) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(a) and (b), this case is referred to the assigned United States Magistrate Judge to (1) convene a scheduling conference under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b) and enter a scheduling order meeting the requirements of D.C.COLO.LCivR 16.2, (2) conduct such status conferences and issue such orders necessary for compliance with the scheduling order, including amendments or modifications of the scheduling order upon a showing of good cause, and (3) hear and determine pretrial matters, including discovery and other non-dispositive motions.
