MINUTE ORDER Plaintiff's "Request for local 42 U.S.C. 1983 Complaint form, and Pitkin 17CR42 opinion, as well as a time extension for their re-submittal' (ECF No. #19 ) will be granted in part. His request for the court-approved complaint form and for an extension of time will be granted. The Clerk of Court is directed to send Plaintiff two blank copies of the court-approved Complaint form and one copy of the applicable instructions. Plaintiff shall have twenty-one (21) days from the date of this minute order to file an amended pleading as directed in the Court's April 17, 2025 Order. Plaintiff is warned that if he fails to file a Second Amended Complaint as directed within the time allowed, this action may be dismissed without further notice. Plaintiff's request that this Court send him a copy of the Pitkin 17CR42 opinion is denied. This Court does not provide copies of opinions from other courts. Finally, in his motion, Plaintiff questions why the Court has referred to an "Amended Complaint."
