ORDER granting 21 Unopposed Motion to Consolidate Related Shareholder Derivative Actions (Motion). The Motion seeks to consolidate Chin v. Palmer, et al., No. 1:25-cv-00910-PAB, and Harris v. Palmer, et al., No. 1:25-cv-01071-PAB, into lead case Gunderson v. Palmer, et al., No. 1:25-cv-00585-SKC-STV. The plaintiffs in each case are in agreement regarding consolidation, and the defendants in each do not oppose consolidation. Because these cases involve common questions of law and fact, the Court GRANTS the Motion.In accordance with the Court's inherent power to control its docket, and in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 42(a), Civil Action Nos. 1:25-cv-00910-PAB and 1:25-cv-01071-PAB are CONSOLIDATED into the above-captioned action. Civil Action No. 1:25-cv-00585-SKC-STV shall be the lead case, and all future filings shall be made in this action only. Pursuant to D.C.COLO.Civ.R 40.1(d)(4)(C), the Clerk is directed to reassign Civil Action Nos. 1:25-cv-00910-PAB and 1:25-cv-01071-PAB to the undersigned as the Presiding Judge.SO ORDERED by Judge S.
