ORDER. This matter is before the Court on #3 Plaintiffs' Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. It is ORDERED that Defendant shall respond to the #3 Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order on or before 4/18/25. Plaintiffs admit in their Emergency Motion that the United States Bankruptcy Court District of Nevada previously entered a preliminary injunction renewing the Temporary Certificates of Occupancy up to and including April 15, 2025, and that on April 11, 2025, the Bankruptcy Court held a hearing and dismissed the bankruptcy proceeding along with the preliminary injunction. The fact that the Bankruptcy Court dismissed the bankruptcy proceedings raises serious questions for this Court about the merits of Plaintiffs' request. SO ORDERED by Judge Regina M. Rodriguez on 4/14/2025. Text Only Entry (rmrja)
