June 20, 2025 Opinion or Order Filing 10 MINUTE ORDER. On June 4, 2025, Plaintiff provided a notice of change of address. (See ECF No. #9 ). Because Plaintiff is no longer is incarcerated, if he wishes to continue to proceed in forma pauperis, he must submit a request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis on the appropriate court-approved nonprisoner form. Thus, Plaintiff has thirty (30) days from the date of this minute order to either pay the $405.00 filing fee or submit the court-approved Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Long Form). In addition, on June 4, 2025, a copy of the Court's May 21, 2025 Order to File Amended Prisoner Complaint (ECF No. #7 ) was returned to the Court as undeliverable (See ECF No. #8 ). Therefore, the Clerk of Court is directed to send Plaintiff a copy of the May 21, 2025 Order (ECF No. #7 ) to Plaintiff at his new address. Plaintiff will have thirty (30) days from the date of this minute order to submit an Amended Complaint on the Courts Complaint (General Complaint) form. Plaintiff is advised that court approved forms can be found at www.cod.uscourts.gov. Plaintiff also is warned that the action will be dismissed without further notice if he fails to pay the filing fee or submit the court-approved Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Long Form) and to file an Amended Complaint as directedwithin the time allowed.
