MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Richard T. Gurley on 08/11/2025. In response to the Court's Order Directing Plaintiff to Cure Deficiencies (ECF No. 3), Plaintiff has submitted a signed Prisoner Complaint on the required form. But Plaintiff has still not cured the filing deficiencies as ordered by the Court. Specifically, Plaintiff has failed to either (1) pay the $405.00 filing fee in full, or (2) submit a fully completed copy of the District of Colorado's form Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 as ordered. The Court recognizes that Plaintiff's money order request was returned to him. (ECF No. 7). But, to proceed with this action, Plaintiff must first cure the outstanding deficiencies just described. Plaintiff shall have until September 2, 2025, to cure the outstanding deficiencies.
