MINUTE ORDER. This matter comes before this Court upon the Proposed Scheduling Order [ECF #76 ] in which the Parties make several requests. Although this Court prefers in-person attendance, the Parties' request for out-of-state counsel to attend the Scheduling Conference (on January 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time) remotely is granted. To connect to the courtroom remotely via video teleconference, out-of-state counsel shall use the attached Cisco Meeting App Instructions.
