MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Richard T. Gurley on 08/26/2025. On July 21, 2025, the Court ordered Plaintiff to file an amended Employment Discrimination Complaint. (ECF No. 5). Plaintiff was specifically ordered to "submit a single, fully completed amended Employment Discrimination Complaint as one document that contains all claims and allegations, not to exceed 30 pages." (Id. at 9); see also D.C.COLO.LCivR 5.1(c) (requiring unrepresented parties to use the forms posted on the court's website). In response, Plaintiff has submitted an Amended Employment Discrimination Complaint (ECF No. 7) that does not utilize the District of Colorado's form Employment Discrimination Complaint. Thus, Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's order to amend. Nonetheless, the Court will give Plaintiff an additional opportunity and an extension of time to comply with the order to amend. Plaintiff must file, on or before September 25, 2025, a single, fully completed Employment Discrimination Complaint on the court-approved form as one document that contains all claims and supporting factual allegations, not to exceed 30 pages. Plaintiff is advised that dismissal is an appropriate disposition against a party who disregards court orders and fails to proceed as required by court rules.
