MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Richard T. Gurley on 8/28/2025. Plaintiff submitted a "Notice of Compliance and Request for Prompt Consideration" (ECF No. #16 ) on August 26, 2025. Plaintiff is advised that to date he has not complied with the August 13, 2025, Second Order Directing Plaintiff to Cure Deficiencies (ECF No. #12 ). As the Court expressly stated in the August 13 order, "all sections of the Complaint form must be completed in full. Plaintiff may not incorporate other filings. The Court will not accept piecemeal filings." Thus, Plaintiff must submit, by the deadline set forth in the August 13 order (ECF No. #12 ), one fully completed Complaint on the court-approved form which contains all pages of the Complaint form and complies with all Court requirements. Plaintiff may not submit separate individual pages of the Complaint form which do not comprise a complete Complaint. The Court will not accept piecemeal filings or pages meant to be interspersed with or attached to a prior filing. Further, the Complaint must be filed as a separate document and not an attachment to a motion. This action will be dismissed without further notice if Plaintiff fails to comply with this Minute Order and the August 13, 2025, Second Order Directing Plaintiff to Cure Deficiencies within the deadline set forth in the August 13 order (ECF No. #12 ). Any dismissal will be without prejudice.Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Electronically as a Pro Se Litigant (ECF No. #14 ) is denied without prejudice to Plaintiff following the proper procedure to be granted e-filing privileges.
