ORDER GRANTING #22 Unopposed Motion to Stay by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on November 4, 2025. Having considered the factors set forth in String Cheese Incident, LLC v. Stylus Shows, Inc., No. 05-cv-01934-LTC-PAC, 2006 WL 894955, at *2 (D. Colo. Mar. 30, 2006), and the posture of the case, the court finds that it is appropriate to stay discovery pending a ruling on the #16 Motion to Dismiss.
