October 9, 2025 Opinion or Order Filing 25 ORDER: This matter is before the Court on the upcoming October 16, 2025 oral argument hearing ("Hearing") on Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction ("Motion") #15 . Counsel are advised that the Court will utilize the following procedure at the Hearing: Each party will have up to 25 minutes for the opening portion of its or his argument, to be followed by questions of counsel by the Court. After a brief recess, Defendant will have up to 10 minutes for the rebuttal portion of his argument and, because it has the burden on the Motion, Plaintiff will be permitted the final rebuttal portion of its argument of up to 15 minutes.
