MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Richard T. Gurley on 10/16/2025. In a September 4, 2025 minute order (ECF No. #8 ), the Court granted Plaintiff an extension of time until October 4, 2025 to file an amended Prisoner Complaint, as directed in the August 21, 2025 Order. Plaintiff filed an amended Prisoner Complaint on September 15, 2025. Plaintiff's Motion for Extension (ECF No. #11 ) to file an amended Prisoner Complaint, filed on October 14, 2025, is DENIED as moot and untimely. The Court will conduct an initial review the amended Prisoner Complaint pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.1(b). Plaintiff's Motion to Serve #2 (ECF No. #10 ), filed on September 15, 2025, is DENIED as unnecessary. As stated in the August 19, 2025 Order Granting Plaintiff Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 (ECF No. #5 ), if this action is drawn to a presiding judge upon completion of initial review, the United States Marshals Service shall serve process on any remaining Defendants for whom personal service is required. For all non-e-filer pro se parties, a copy of this document has been sent via U.S. Mail to the mailing address of record. (tlove, )
