MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Richard T. Gurley on 10/14/2025. On September 11, 2025, the Court ordered Plaintiff to cure deficiencies with his complaint. (ECF No. 4). Plaintiff was specifically ordered to "submit a fully completed copy of the District of Colorado's current form Employment Discrimination Complaint." (Id. at 2 (emphasis removed)); see also D.C.COLO.LCivR 5.1(c) (requiring unrepresented parties to use the forms posted on the court's website). In response, Plaintiff has submitted a largely blank Employment Discrimination Complaint that fails to attach a copy of the administrative charge and notice of right to sue. (ECF No. 6). Thus, Plaintiff has failed to cure the filing deficiencies as ordered. Nonetheless, the Court will give Plaintiff an additional opportunity and an extension of time to comply with the order to cure filing deficiencies. Plaintiff must file on or before November 4, 2025, a single, fully completed Employment Discrimination Complaint on the court-approved form as one document that contains all claims and supporting factual allegations. Plaintiff must also submit, as part of the amended pleading, a copy of the administrative charge and notice of right to sue. Plaintiff is advised that dismissal is an appropriate disposition against a party who disregards court orders and fails to proceed as required by court rules. This action will be dismissed without further notice if Plaintiff fails to comply within the time allowed.
