MINUTE ORDER: Pursuant to communications with the parties, it is hereby ORDERED that a Discovery Hearing is set for 4/16/2026 at 2:00 PM in Courtroom C205 before Magistrate Judge Cyrus Y. Chung. At least four (4) business days prior to the hearing, the parties shall submit via email ([email protected]) a brief joint statement setting out each party's position with regard to each dispute. Any disputed discovery requests (such as objections or disputed 30(b)(6) notices) should be attached as exhibits to the joint statement. Entered by Magistrate Judge Cyrus Y. Chung on 3/2/2026.
