MINUTE ORDER. The above captioned case has been directly assigned to Magistrate Judge Cyrus Y. Chung pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 40.1. The Parties shall complete and file the Magistrate Judge Consent Form, ECF No. #9 , on or before December 24, 2025. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
