This matter comes before the Court upon the Plaintiff's Notice of Dismissal with Prejudice [ECF #8 ] in which Plaintiff dismisses this civil action with prejudice upon the Parties' settlement. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), a plaintiff's voluntary dismissal is self-effectuating. Accordingly, this matter was dismissed with prejudice as of the filing of the Notice. January 27, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 7 MINUTE ORDER. The above captioned case has been directly assigned to Magistrate Judge O'Hara pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 40.1. The Parties shall complete and file the Magistrate Judge Consent Form [ECF #4 ] on or before April 2, 2026. The Court will hold the Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b) Scheduling Conference on April 16, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. in Courtroom C-402, on the fourth floor of the Byron G. Rogers United States Courthouse located at 1929 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado, 80294. This will be an in person proceeding. Plaintiff shall complete service of process on Defendants. No later than seven days before the Scheduling Conference, the Parties shall (1) file their Proposed Scheduling Order onto the case docket sheet and (2) submit the proposed Scheduling Order in Word format by joint email, copying all Parties, to Chambers at #o'[email protected]. This Court gives the Parties the option to vacate the Scheduling Conference after they submit the Consent Form and Proposed Scheduling Order. If there is no dispute over a material term of the Proposed Scheduling Order and the Parties jointly prefer to vacate the Scheduling Conference, then they may request this Court to do so by way of a joint email to Chambers.
