MINUTE ORDER. Pursuant to the Order of Reference, the Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b) Scheduling Conference is set for April 16, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom C-402, on the fourth floor of the Byron G. Rogers United States Courthouse located at 1929 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado. This will be an in-person proceeding.
