Plaintiff shall comply with the December 11, 2025 Order Directing Plaintiff to Cure Deficiencies (ECF No. #3 ) on or before March 9, 2026. Plaintiff is reminded that in order to cure deficiencies, he must file a fully completed Prisoner Complaint on the court approved form AND either submit the $405 filing fee or file a completed Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 along with a certified copy of prisoner's trust fund statement for the 6-month period immediately preceding this filing. Plaintiff is reminded that if he fails to cure all designated deficiencies within the time allowed, the action will be dismissed without further notice. The dismissal shall be without prejudice. Finally, Plaintiff is advised that the Prisoner Complaint (ECF No. #8 ), filed February 2, 2026, does not cure the ordered deficiencies because it is largely incomplete. Also, the Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 (ECF No. #7 ), filed February 2, 2026, does not cure the deficiencies because it is incomplete and does not include a certified copy of prisoner's trust fund statement for the 6-month period immediately preceding this filing.
