May 14, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 25 ORDER It is unclear why Mr. Walker has recently been moved to different correctional facilities. It is not the Courts responsibility to keep track of Mr. Walker. But, at the same time, the Court wants to ensure Plaintiff is receiving his mail and afforded an opportunity to respond as allowed. A perusal of the Colorado Department of Corrections website indicates Mr. Walker is now at the Buena Vista Correctional Complex, BVCC, PO Box 2017, Buena Vista, CO 81211. The Clerk of Court SHALL mail the following documents from this case to Mr. Walker at the aforementioned address: D. 20, D. 21, and D. 22. FURTHER ORDERED: Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LAttyR 5(c), Plaintiff SHALL provide notice to the Court of his new address within five (5) days, plus, in the future, he shall provide notice to the Court of any change of address within five days of that change.
