MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Richard T. Gurley on 5/4/2026. On April 13, 2026, Plaintiff filed a "Notice of Change of Address or Telephone Number" (ECF No. #25 ) and a "Motion to Request a Hearing" (ECF No. #22 ).It is unclear whether Plaintiff has received the Court's Order granting Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. #10 ), the Court's Order directing Plaintiff to file a Second Amended Complaint (ECF No. #11 ), or the Court's Minute Order dated March 9, 2026 (ECF No. #18 ). Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court shall resend copies of the Courts Orders (ECF Nos. #10 , #11 , #18 ) and the docket sheet to Plaintiff at his new address of record. Plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days from the date of this minute order to file an amended pleading as directed in the Court's February 3, 2026 Order. Plaintiff is warned that if he fails to file a Second Amended Complaint as directed within the time allowed, this action may be dismissed without further notice. Plaintiff's "Motion to Request a Hearing" (ECF No. #22 ) is denied as premature as this matter is in initial review, and the only appropriate filing is an amended pleading as directed in the Courts February 3, 2026 Order. For all non-e-filer pro se parties, a copy of this document has been sent via U.S. Mail to the mailing address of record.(ccuen, )
