This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs' Motion to Consolidate Related Cases for All Purposes Through Trial ("Motion to Consolidate"). [Doc. #20 ]. Plaintiffs assert that "[a]ll three plaintiff groups support consolidation for all purposes." [Id. at 2]. Defendants' counsel authorized Plaintiffs to indicate that "Defendants agree that consolidation through discovery is appropriate, but they oppose consolidation for trial." [Id. at 1].
