MINUTE ORDER. On February 13, 2026, the Court ordered Plaintiff to file an amended Prisoner Complaint in this case. (ECF No. #6 ). The matter is now before the Court on a letter and motion filed by Plaintiffthe Court will first address the motion, then the letter. (ECF Nos. #9 , #10 ). Plaintiffs motion requesting an extension of time (ECF No. #10 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file, by April 14, 2026, an amended Prisoner Complaint that complies with all directives contained in the Order to File Amended Prisoner Complaint, ECF No. #6 . If Plaintiff fails to file an amended Prisoner Complaint that complies with the Court's order to amend within the time allowed, the action may be dismissed without further notice. As for Plaintiff's letter (ECF No. #9 ), it seeks clarification as to whether Plaintiff has filed one case or two cases in the District of Colorado.
