ORDER. Plaintiffs proceed pro se in this action and as such the Court will express this Order in terms similar to a pro se summary. Plaintiffs purport to present federal claims under 42 U.S.C. 1983 and the Fourteenth Amendment. But, the only actors discussed are non-governmental, e.g., a private individual and an LLC. And Plaintiffs have not alleged any sort of discrimination or other governmental action. It is entirely unclear to the Court how this Court would have subject matter jurisdiction over this case. Stating that a claim falls under a federal statute does not make it so and Plaintiffs must establish jurisdiction. Court sponsored alternative dispute resolution is governed by D.C.COLO.LCivR 16.6. On the recommendation or informal request of the magistrate judge or on the request of the parties by motion, this court may direct the parties to engage in an early neutral evaluation, a settlement conference, or another alternative dispute resolution proceeding.
