The Court finds good cause to appoint counsel to assist Plaintiff in prosecuting this lawsuit. CDOC accepted service on behalf of several Defendants and informs the Court that Defendant Lobanov-Rostovsky is no longer a CDOC employee (the import being that Lobanov-Rostovsky is neither at the address nor has CDOC accepted service for Lobanov-Rostovsky) (D. #9 ).
