MINUTE ORDER: Plaintiff's #73 Rule 72(a) Objection to August 6, 2026 Minute Order Granting Defendants' Motions for Extension of Time is respectfully OVERRULED. The Court has reviewed Defendants' Motions for Extension of Time, see [Doc. 66; Doc. 67], and finds that both Motions demonstrate good cause for the requested extension--namely, that additional time is necessary to permit Defendants to fully analyze and respond to Plaintiff's substantial new allegations and claims. All Parties are REMINDED of their obligations under Local Rule 7.1 to confer in good faith. Finally, with respect to Plaintiff's argument that the new deadline is too close in time to the August 27 hearing, the Court notes that Judge Neureiter's July 24, 2026 Minute Order does not state that the August 27 hearing will cover any forthcoming responsive pleadings or motions. See [Doc. 64]. Nevertheless, if Plaintiff requires a continuance of the August 27 hearing, she may file a motion requesting that relief. By Judge Nina Y. Wang on 08/12/2026. Text Only Entry(nywlc2, )
