MINUTE ORDER. Applicant's Motion for Extension of Time (ECF No. #13 ) to file a Reply toRespondents' Preliminary Response (ECF No. #12 ) is GRANTED as follows: Applicantmay file a Reply on or before May 29, 2026. Applicant's "Motion to Show Compliance with RTG's Order to Cure Deficiencies" (ECF No. #11 ) is GRANTED. The clerk of the court shall docket separately the tenderedamended Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 (ECFNo. #11 at pp. 3-30) as filed on March 30, 2026. Pursuant to Applicant's Motion for Expedited Rule on Admission to Bail (ECF No. #14 ), it appears that Applicants "Motion for Admittance to Bail Pending Habeas Petition." (ECF No. #11 at pp. 31-45) was intended to be filed as a separate motion. Therefore, the clerk of the court shall docket the Motion for Admittance to Bail (ECF No. #11 at pp. 31- 45) as a separate entry in CM/ECF. The Court will address the substance of the Motion after it is docketed correctly. The Motion to Dismiss as Respondents District Court Judge and District Attorneys (ECF No. #9 ) is DENIED as moot based on the filing of the amended Application which names Sheriff Gene Claps as the sole Respondent.
