This matter is before the Court on the Parties' Joint Motion for Plaintiffs to Amend Complaint and for Defendants to Respond to Amended Complaint (ECF No. 16). Although titled as a "Joint MOTION to Amend/Correct/Modify," the Court construes the filing as a fully stipulated request by all parties (1) for leave for Plaintiffs to file a First Amended Complaint and (2) for an extension of the deadline for Defendants to respond to the operative pleading. Good cause having been shown, the Joint Motion is GRANTED as follows: 1.Plaintiffs are granted leave to file a First Amended Complaint on or before May 11, 2026.2.Defendants shall have twenty-one (21) days from the filing of the First Amended Complaint within which to file a responsive pleading or otherwise respond to the First Amended Complaint (including, without limitation, the filing of any applicable motions). 3.If Plaintiffs do not file a First Amended Complaint by May 11, 2026, Defendants shall have twenty-one (21) days from that date within which to file a responsive pleading or otherwise respond to the original Complaint (including, without limitation, the filing of any applicable motions). 4.Defendants are relieved of any obligation to respond to the original Complaint by April 20, 2026.
