MINUTE ORDER Before this Court is Plaintiff's Notice of Voluntary Dismissal [ECF 16] through which Plaintiff voluntarily dismisses its claims against Defendant Nguyen Luu Thanh pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i).Plaintiff makes the voluntary dismissal before that Defendant has answered the complaint or otherwise appeared in this civil action. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), a plaintiff's voluntary dismissal is self-effectuating. No order of dismissal is necessary. Accordingly, all claims raised in this case against Defendant Nguyen Luu Thanh are deemed dismissed as of the filing of the Notice. The Clerk of Court shall terminate Nguyen Luu Thanh as a Defendant from the docket sheet's case caption for administrative purposes.
