MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Richard T. Gurley on 5/8/2026. On March 30, 2026, the Court ordered Plaintiff to file an amended Prisoner Complaint. (ECF No. 7). Plaintiff was specifically ordered to "submit a single, fully completed Prisoner Complaint on the court-approved form as one document that contains all claims and allegations." (Id.. at 12). Plaintiff has submitted a Complaint (ECF No. 9), which doesn't utilize the form Prisoner Complaint. Thus, Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's order to amend. Nonetheless, the Court will give Plaintiff an additional opportunity and an extension of time to comply with the order to amend. Plaintiff must file, on or before June 8, 2026, a signed, fully completed Prisoner Complaint on the court-approved form as one document that contains all claims and allegations, and that complies with all directives contained in the order to amend, ECF No. 7. Plaintiff is advised that dismissal is an appropriate disposition against a party who disregards court orders. This action will be dismissed without further notice if Plaintiff fails to comply within the time allowed.
