May 8, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 12 MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Richard T. Gurley on 5/8/2026. On March 30, 2026, the Court ordered Plaintiff to file an amended Prisoner Complaint. (ECF No. 7). Plaintiff was specifically ordered to "submit a single, fully completed Prisoner Complaint on the court-approved form as one document that contains all claims and allegations." (Id.. at 12). Plaintiff has submitted a Complaint (ECF No. 9), which doesn't utilize the form Prisoner Complaint. Thus, Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's order to amend.
