On May 12, 2026, the Court granted petitioner's habeas petition and ordered respondents to release petitioner upon petitioner posting bond. Docket No. #20 at 8. On May 18, 2026, the parties filed a status report indicating that petitioner was released on bond on May 14, 2026. Docket No. #21 at 1. In the status report, petitioner requests additional relief, such as asking the Court to enjoin respondents from imposing additional forms of custody (such as GPS monitoring), to order Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE") to cancel a check-in appointment, and to order ICE to return petitioner's Cuban passport. Id. at 2-3. Respondents state that such relief is not properly requested in a status report. Id. at 1. The Court agrees. Petitioner may file a motion requesting such relief.
