ORDER. Plaintiff's Complaint provides an address for Defendant Lobanov-Rostovsky at 1250 Academy Park Loop (the address for the Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC)). CDOC accepted service on behalf of several Defendants and informs the Court that Defendant Lobanov-Rostovsky is no longer a CDOC employee (the import being that Lobanov-Rostovsky is neither at the address nor has CDOC accepted service for Lobanov-Rostovsky). Plaintiff bears the responsibility of providing the Court with sufficient information to serve a Defendant and has not yet done so in this action.
