MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Timothy P O'Hara on 7/2/2026. This matter comes before the Court upon its review of the docket. In its minute order setting the scheduling conference, the deadline for the Parties to complete and file the Magistrate Judge Consent Form #11 was set for June 25, 2026. This deadline has now lapsed, and the Parties have failed to timely submit the form. Additionally, the Court ordered the Parties to file their Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1 disclosures by the deadline for submitting the Proposed Scheduling Order. Plaintiff has neither filed any disclosure, nor has Plaintiff yet appeared in this matter since it was removed. The Court sua sponte extends the time for the Parties to address these deficiencies. By July 6, 2026, (1) the Parties shall complete and file the Magistrate Judge Consent Form #9 ; (2) Plaintiff shall file a Notice of Entry of Appearance in this matter; and (3) each Party shall file their respective 7.1(a)(2) citizenship disclosures. If these filings are not timely submitted, the Court will sua sponte continue the Scheduling Conference set for July 9, 2026, as these obligations must be met before the Scheduling Conference. Finally, Chambers has not received a Word copy of the Proposed Scheduling Order in compliance with #11 . The Parties are instructed to promptly email the Word version of their Proposed Scheduling Order #12 to O'[email protected]. Counsel for Defendant shall be responsible for providing this Order to Plaintiff/Plaintiff's counsel. Text Only Entry (tpolc2, )
