MINUTE ORDER. Mr. Atwood is advised that the Court has not received any payment of the filing fee in this action. The Court will give Mr. Atwood an additional opportunity and an extension of time to May 20, 2026, to pay the $5.00 filing fee or submit an Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Long Form).
