MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Richard T. Gurley on 5/18/2026. In response to the Court's order to cure filing deficiencies, Plaintiff filed an amended Complaint and an Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Long Form), which has been denied. See ECF Nos 7, 8, 9. In addition to being required to pay the filing fee as ordered, Plaintiff must still file a pleading on the required Complaint Form (General Complaint). By June 15, 2026, Plaintiff must cure this remaining deficiency by submitting a fully completed Complaint Form (General Complaint), available at www.cod.uscourts.gov, as one document that contains all claims and allegations as ordered and as required by local rule. See D.C.COLO.LCivR 5.1(c) (requiring unrepresented parties to use the forms posted on the court's website). Plaintiff is reminded that this action will be dismissed without further notice if the remaining filing deficiency is not cured within the time allowed.
