The #9 Motion to Dismiss and #14 Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time are DENIED as moot. Finally, the Court reminds the Parties of their obligation to include an "AI Certification" in their filings going forward, pursuant to the Court's Standing Order Regarding the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence ("AI") in Court Filings (available on the Court's website).
