Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Time to Cure Deficiencies in Complaint (ECF No. #5 ) is granted and Plaintiff is granted an extension to June 5, 2026 to comply with the April 22, 2026 Order Directing Plaintiff to Cure Deficiencies (ECF No. #3 ). This action may be dismissed without further notice if Plaintiff fails to comply with the order to cure within the time allowed.
