Upon review of the #1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241, it is ORDERED that Petitioner shall SERVE Respondents with a copy of the #1 Petition, and accompanying documents, and #3 Magistrate Judge Consent Form, along with a copy of this Order, by email and/or certified mail, on or before May 6, 2026. Petitioner shall promptly file proof of such service on the docket, and counsel for Respondents shall promptly enter their notices of appearance. Within seven days of service, Respondents shall SHOW CAUSE why the Petition shall not be granted. See, e.g., Yassine v. Collins, No. 1:25-cv-00786-ADA-SH, 2025 WL 1954064, at *1 (W.D. Tex.
