MINUTE ORDER: For good cause shown, and after consideration of the factors enunciated in String Cheese Incident, LLC v. Stylus Shows, Inc., No. 02-cv-01934-LTB-PA, 2006 WL 894955, at *2 (D. Colo. Mar. 30, 2006), the parties' Joint Motion To Stay, ECF No. #29 , is GRANTED. A stay will not prejudice the plaintiff, who does not oppose the motion, ECF No. #29 , will avoid burdening the parties with the costs of litigating pending a decision on the Motion to Compel Arbitration, promotes judicial economy and efficiency, has no impact on nonparties, and is in the public interest. Accordingly, it is further ORDERED that discovery is STAYED until a decision on the pending motion to compel is issued. It is further ORDERED that the Scheduling Conference set for August 5, 2026 and all related deadlines be VACATED. Within seven days of a decision on the motion to compel, the parties shall jointly contact the undersigned's chambers (#[email protected]) to set a scheduling conference.
