Connolly, Chapter 7 Trustee shall answer or otherwise respond to the plaintiff's Complaint, ECF No. #1 , on or before September 14, 2026.It is further ORDERED that the Scheduling Conference set for September 1, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. is RESET to October 21, 2026 at 11:15 a.m. in Courtroom C201 before Magistrate Judge Cyrus Y. Chung.The Parties shall complete and file the Magistrate Judge Consent Form, ECF No. #9 , on or before October 7, 2026.It is further ORDERED that counsel for the Parties and any unrepresented non-prisoner Parties in this case are to hold a meeting in accordance with Fed.
