ORDER DENYING AS MOOT Plaintiffs #20 Motion for Extension of Time and SETTING A STATUS CONFERENCE by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on July 1, 2026. It has been brought to the courts attention that the state court overseeing this matter prior to its removal issued an order staying discovery pending the settlement of two related federal class-action cases (ECF No. 19; ECF No. 1-59 at 7). Pursuant to U.S.C. 1450, all orders entered by the state court prior to this case's removal shall remain in full force and effect until dissolved or modified by the district court. Seeing no reason to dissolve or modify the order staying discovery at this time, Plaintiff's #20 Motion for Extension of Time is DENIED AS MOOT. The court further finds that a status conference is necessary to address the discovery deadlines in this case and the parties' positions concerning the stay currently in place. The status conference shall be held telephonically on July 15, 2026, , at 1:30 PM, in Courtroom A502, on the fifth floor of the Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse located at 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. The parties shall attend by calling 571-353-2301, Guest meeting ID- 868150043.
