Accordingly, the Court, on its own, ORDERS Plaintiff to SHOW CAUSE in writing no later than July 15, 2026, why this action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution as to Defendant. As an alternative to a written response, Plaintiff may file, on or before the above deadline, the following: (a) a request for entry of default pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 55(a) or (b) a notice of voluntary dismissal pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a). This Order shall also discharge upon Defendant filing of a responsive pleading on or before the above deadline.
