August 6, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 7 MINUTE ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's Petition for Writ of Mandamus and Complaint for Injunctive Relief, wherein Plaintiff seeks mandamus relief ordering Defendants to complete the adjudication of her pending I-130 Petition for Alien Relative, filed by Plaintiff on of her husband. ECF No. 1 at 1. Having reviewed the complaint and docket, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff to, no later than two calendar days from the entry of this Order (1) serve Defendants with the complaint and the summons; and (2) promptly file proof of such service on the docket. Counsel for Defendants shall promptly enter notices of appearance. Within 30 calendar days of service, Respondents are ORDERED TO RESPOND to the complaint's demand for a writ of mandamus.
