This matter is before the Court on petitioner Kuldeep Singh's #1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and #2 Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. Petitioner shall, by overnight mail and email, serve respondents with a copy of the petition, motion for temporary restraining order, and this order on or before September 22, 2026. Petitioner shall file proof of service. Within seven days of service, respondents shall show cause why the petition for writ of habeas corpus and motion for temporary restraining order should not be granted.
