ORDER. The Defendant having failed to appear at the Judgment Debtor Exam held on 3/10/2010, the Court granted the Government's oral motion for issuance of a Capias authorizing the United States Marshal to seize and arrest the Defendant and bring him before the Court at 2:00 PM on 4/21/2010. The Capias will be vacated and the Defendant will not be arrested if he agrees to cooperate with the Government regarding payment of the judgment against him and to appear voluntarily at the Judgment Debtor Exam scheduled for 4/21/10. ORDER granting #11 Motion for Judgment Debtor Exam. The Defendant is ordered to appear before Judge Vanessa L. Bryant at 12:45 PM on 3/10/2010 in Courtroom Two, 450 Main St., Hartford CT, and then and there shall be examined under oath concerning his assets and his ability to pay the judgment of $4,799.95 plus costs and interest entered by this Court on 5/8/09. The Court may make such orders at the hearing or thereafter that it determines to be reasonably calculated to facilitate payment of the judgment. It is further ORDERED that the Defendant bring with him and produce at the hearing: 1) all documents sought by the Plaintiff's Request for Production served on or about May 12, 2009; 2) a completed copy of the financial statement attached to the Government's Motion as Exhibit A; and 3) all documents or information pertaining to the availability of any statutory exemptions from payment. The Defendant is advised that failure to appear before the Court at the scheduled time and place and produce the aforementioned documents as ordered may subject him to being held in Contempt of Court and having a Capias issued for his arrest.
