It is further ORDERED that Dr. Breed is to be notified immediately upon Plaintiffs counsels receipt of this Order that her presence will be required at the hearing that the Court will conduct on July 24, 2013, and Ju ly 25, 2013 if necessary, and that she must provide her Rule 26(a)(2)(C) summary to Plaintiffs counsel so that it may be emailed to defense counsel within fourteen (14) days of the date of the entry of this Order.
