Filing 35 RULING (see attached) granting in part 17 Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. Said motion is GRANTED as to Count Six (violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. ) against Wiz L easing. In the absence of any remaining federal claim, the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims, expressing no opinion as to whether summary judgment should enter on them, and grants 33 Plaintiff's Motion to Remand the case to the Connecticut Superior Court, Judicial District of Ansonia/Milford.
