RULING (see attached) granting 33 Defendant's Motion for Leave to File Cross Motion for Summary Judgment. Defendant shall file and serve his summary judgment motion and supporting memorandum on or before October 31, 2012. The Gov ernment shall, is so advised, file its memorandum in opposition within twenty-one (21) days of the filing of defendant's motion. D. Conn. L. Civ. R. 7(a)(1).
