Filing 89 RULING AND ORDER. For the reasons stated herein, Quest's Motion for Summary Judgment 66 is GRANTED. Quest is entitled to judgment on Count One of its Amended Complaint 36 in the amount of $21,246.80. Defendants' Motions for Summ ary Judgment 38 60 are DENIED as moot. The Court will not enter final judgment, however, as Defendants have filed a Counterclaim 77 . Quest shall file its responsive pleading within fourteen (14) days of this Ruling and Order.
